Randy Shuman has over 29 years of Yellow Pages experience in sales, sales management, marketing and sales training. His experience includes working with a telephone company (GTE/Verizon) and 3 of the largest and most successful independent publishing companies in the nation in directories throughout California and Nevada. He is the author of numerous training manuals on topics ranging from Introduction To Yellow Pages-Initial Sales Training, Advanced Yellow Pages Sales Training, Yellow Pages Sales Training for Sales Managers, Handling Objections, Yellow Pages Training Topics for Powerful Training Meetings and Yellow Pages 101-A GuideTo Understanding Yellow Pages Advertising. Randy has also consulted with and been involved with many Yellow Pages related projects including The Better Business Yellow Pages and Audio Text Services for Yellow Pages advertising. He has worked with Yellow Pages professionals throughout the United States involved in all aspects of the industry including sales, training, marketing, publishing, printing and distribution as well as national advertisers It is his understanding of the business, past experiences, relationship with the principals and appreciation of what they bring to the table that has brought him to 1-800-info-FAST.

Darin Ritz
SVP of Operations
Darin Ritz has over 15 years of experience in the yellow pages industry with over a decade in senior management. Darin had greatly contributed to the growth of a major northern California publisher and had grown to become responsible for nearly 400 employees and 60 million in annual revenues. This experience led him to lead one of the top 5 operations out of over 400 for the largest yellow pages publisher in the United States.
 
Cindy Sortor
Director
Cindy Sortor is an industry veteran who began her career in 1980 with Phone Directories Co. of Orem, Utah. For 16 consecutive years Cindy achieved the #1 position as top sales representative for the company. During this time she also served as regional manager for the books in Wyoming, Idaho, and Washington State. Under Cindy's guidance, directories that she developed still rank amongst the best in the industry, winning "Best of Book" awards as chosen by the Association of Directory Publishers (ADP), Gold Book Awards.

In 1994 Cindy was again honored for being in the top 2% of yellow page sales representatives nationally. In 1996 Cindy was requested to lead Phone Directories Co. expansion in the Canadian market. During the next three years as Chief Operating Officer for Canada, Phone Directories Co. experienced exponential growth with the addition of 54 new directories from Victoria, British Columbia to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Regional offices were established in 10 regions employing more than 250 independent sales people and 80 full time staff to support the Canadian Operations. Gross revenues over the period grew from $80,000 to more than $30,000,000 under Cindy's strong leadership.

In 2000 Cindy's entrepreneurial spirit led her to form Ad Ventures Publishing Inc. where the company started with two phone directories in Washington State. The rapid growth continued with their first book on Maui in 2001, followed by the Big Island in 2002, Kauai in 2004, the first directory for Oahu in 2005 and the addition of Guam in 2006.
